What we do:

Evolution Finance offers home improvement loans up to R120 000 for customers to spend at over 600 participating hardware stores. Customers receive up to 48 months to repay the loan.

How does it work?

• We pay the money directly to the relevant partner store as payment for material and/or goods
• Subject to affordability, you have the option to receive up to 30% of the loan amount in cash
• You will receive a confirmation phone call from us upon approval of the loan

What you get with a Flexibuild™ loan:

• Only pay for the building materials you need
• Six months to purchase building materials
• Choose to receive 30% of your loan amount in cash
• Only pay interest on the loan amount you use

Anyone can apply as long as they:

• Are between 18 and 64 years of age
• Are employed or self-employed
• Earn a salary of at least R2000 per month
• Have their salary electronically deposited into their bank account

What you need to apply:

• Valid SA ID or driver's licence
• Payslips and bank statements
• • Your most recent payslip or bank statement showing your last three salary deposits
  • Your last three payslips
  • Three months' bankstatements if you are self-employed
